Shockwave therapy

Scientific research has proven the effectiveness of shockwave machines in treating various diseases/symptoms, including calcified tendinosis and soft tissue inflammation. Our clinics adopt PiezoWave2, the latest model of focusing shockwave machines.

Exercise classes

Exercising is one of the most effective ways to manage pain, stress, and wellness. Our physiotherapists and physical trainers will work together to provide various exercise classes for pain management and fitness enhancement.

Participants can enroll into basic, advance or personal class according the fitness level and personal needs.

Except personal class (1 on 1), basic and advance class will be held in 5-6 people group.

  • Suggested for people with low activity level (exercise time< 5hr/wk)
  • For pain management
  • Suggested for people with high physical needs (manual worker, sports player)
  • Sports training
  • People required flexible time or venue

Foam roller class

Foam roller is an easy and simple tool to enhance exercise effects, such as muscle relaxation. Yet, inappropriate use may cause injury.

Our classes will be held in a group of 5-6 people, 1hr/ session, two sessions in total. Each enrollment will be bundled with a roller in free of charge.


Mindful Yoga

Mindfulness cultivates our awareness and concentration, helping us to better understand ourselves and surroundings. Mindfulness Yoga is also a practice to come back to the present moment, focusing on mind-body awareness and assisting people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.


Health Talks/ Work Place Ergonomics

We provide to provide health talks and workshops for various organisations. Topics include pain management, self care exercises in workplace, workplace ergonomics etc……

Integrated Healthcare Services

Our centre partners with Seedling Heart Child Development Centre to provide psychotherapy and counselling, speech therapy and occupational therapy.

1.Counselling and Psychotherapy

One-to-one consultation
Duration: First session: 90 minutes; follow up sessions: 60 minutes
Understanding the roots and consequences of the problem, such as causes,
sustaining factors of the problem. These can involve family members, working
environment, school, social culture, special needs and level of development. Thus, we formulate a customised holistic treatment plan to treat the roots of the issue.

Our clinical psychologists are well-experienced in mindfulness training. They have attended the course lead by Prof. Susan Bögels at University of Amsterdam on Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism and Parental Education of Mindfulness (MYmind), and have obtained professional qualification. Furthermore, they have completed a foundation programme coordinated collaboratively by Mindfulness Hong Kong and Oxford Centre (UK) on Mindfulness Therapy.

2. Group therapy / workshop

Group therapy includes Mindfulness Therapy, Pain Management, Stress
Management, Mindful Parenting, Circle of Security; Relationship-based Parenting Program and Biofeedback Training etc.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT):
An evidence-based therapy, with multiple clinical evidence proving its effectiveness on alleviating depression and anxiety. With the aid of a series of mindfulness training, including conscious breathing, stretches, body awareness training etc., it provides participants the practice of observation, focus and an open mindset. This training thus cultivates participants the habit to observe mindfully their surroundings, learn to accept different challenges happening around themselves, such as at work, pain, family, parenting etc., and resolve these challenges mindfully, taking care of themselves, and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
An evidence-based therapy, able to treat various emotion-related disorders
effectively, including depression, anxiety, insomnia etc. CBT helps patients to
understand more about upsetting events they faced and seek out their thoughts, emotions and actions related to the events. With the aid of thoughts reorganization, exercise therapy, multi-dimensional thinking and changing of emotions and actions, CBT helps to improve one’s health.

Mindful Parenting:
Mindfulness can also be applied to parenting and parent-children relationship
effectively. Mindfulness parenting gives parent the opportunity to learn to seize the moment with children and understand the causes of their children’s emotions. Changing their mindsets form ‘doing mode’ to ‘being mode’ while raising their children, parents can learn how to manage stress associated with family life and children, effectively.

Biofeedback Training:
We use software such as computer games to teach learners about mindfulness and breathing control, enhancing heart rate coherence.

Biofeedback Training is suitable for those with:

  • Emotional diseases (depression, stress, anxiety)
  • Behavioral disorders
  • Social relationship and marriage counselling
  • Sleep disorders

We provide high quality services to help adults with communication, speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing difficulties. Diagnostic assessments will be carried out in order to design appropriate therapy programmes tailored to the needs of each patient. Therapy sessions are conducted on an individual basis.
